I want to start this tool base on README, but I can't find lib/morfologik-tools-${version}-standalone.jar Can you help?

Download binaries from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/morfologik/

This is not a tool for non-savvy users, really. If you don't know how to build from github sources it may be tricky to do something, even with the binaries.
