This repository is for just xwf and related tools like xat, xcp, and xfi, so I want to remove xap & xpg.

I have stripped out xpg's code & functionality.

And I've now removed the xap code & renamed all the ~/.xap/ path references to ~/.xwf/. So far everything still seems to work.

I have updated the README to remove mention of xap & xpg, plus updated links.
