Correction, no way to download exe's.. Source download may still be possible.

Same problem here - I cannot download setup exe for 1.3.2 (neither for 1.3.1 or
1.3.0 or ...). See attached screenshot.
If you don't get the virus warning, you might need to sign out of your google
account to reproduce it, since it says, that "only the owner is allowed to
download infected files".
I've seen this before elsewhere: If your EXE happens to contain the same byte
sequence as some kind of malware known to the virus scanner, you're screwed.
You might try to submit your allegedly infected EXE for inspection to the virus
scanner's manufacturer, but other than that ...
All you can do is wait for the problem to go away with upcoming signature
updates. Of course, you don't know when that might be, or when the problem
might reccur.
Possible workarounds:
* Rename EXE to BIN - maybe that fools the Google virus scanner
* Place the EXE inside a ZIP archive. You might need to password-protect the
ZIP archive to prevent the scanner from accessing the content. Post the
password on the website.
