Obsolete: g:gitgutter_override_sign_column_highlight #330

Vim-gitgutter has made the option g:gitgutter_override_sign_column_highlight obsolete and it will have no effect with the current version of vim-gitgutter. Could you please adjust the code in the following place?

I don't know if this is quite obsolete, but could stand to be renamed. It's the easiest way I'm aware of to tell gruvbox to let s:sign_column = s:number_column
