Provide an option to change the background color of fold column #407

I prefer the number, sign, and fold columns to use the default background color, bg0. As it stands, I can only change the background color of the number and sign columns, but not the fold column. An option to change the background color of the fold column would be nice g:gruvbox_fold_column.
