Add Option for disabling SMSdroid's ability to send sms

Personally the way I use SMSDroid and WebSMS is by chosing the sender (i.e. 
Messaging vs WebSMS) every time I send a message, since I send international 
messages via WebSMS and national ones using Android's standard messaging (at 
least until WebSMS normal SMS feature supports delivery reports - it does not, 
so far, does it?). Now since the latest version of SMSDroid I have to scroll 
down in Landscape mode to actually get to select WebSMS, in the "Complete 
action using" menu. This is obviously a minor inconvenience, but I think/hope 
this would be easy to change by giving an option to disable SMSdroid as a 
possible sender for text messages?
