CherrySMS: Hide with or without sender id sub-provider doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install WebSMS 3.7.4 from Market
2. Install CherrySMS connector 1.8.1 from market
3. Start WebSMS
4. Go to settings of WebSMS
5. Go to CherrySMS settings
6. Disable one or both of the "with sender ID" and "without sender ID" 
sub-providers
7. Go back to main screen of WebSMS, where sms message could be entered
8. Select Change Provider

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
If "with sender ID" is set to be disabled, it shouldn't be shown.
If "without sender ID" is set to be disabled, it shouldn't be shown.
Instead:
I always see both sub-providers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WebSMS 3.7.4
CherrySMS connector 1.8.1
Android 2.3.4
Oxygen Mod (current version)

this should be fixed with 4.1 at least.
