Error Message "Unexpected response from mobile provider website"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install with cabbage connector
2.try to send text
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message should be sent but I keep getting error "Unexpected response from 
mobile provider website"

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
android 4.1.2
WebSMS v4.8

Please provide any additional information below.
initially I seemed to be able to send sms perfectly well and I successfully 
sent and received test sms to my wife. But now I am unable to send anything 
just keep getting the same error. 

My mobile provider is Tesco Mobile and I have tested my log in credentials on 
their webiste to ensure they are ok. I'm lost as to how to proceed now.

This is a problem with Cabbage Gateway. Unfortunately, Cabbage Gateway is no 
longer maintained. Which means that it is falling apart and no-one is fixing 
it. And I have no access to this server to fix it.
