Cache with relationship #11

When use relationship cache fail!

Exemple:

$model->relation->attach()...

@emtudo I should write some tests for this package, but i have not any free time. If you have free time to doing it, Can you help me?

I'm also no free time, I am willing to correct the current problem, but it is currently not a priority. Once I can do anything if you or someone else has not done.
