delete from TC automatically users marked as Deactivated on the idP #118

Hi all!

User creation is currently automatic, but if the user is marked as deactivated in the idP, the users belong to the system and need to be removed manually.

Is there a solution to keep this in sync with the idP? so that they are automatically eliminated when they are marked as deactivated
