Plugin Update Causes White Screen on Okta app login #136

Hi, I've updated the plugin to the latest version and the SAML works.

Problem is when logging in through the okta application, I receive a white screen, only after refreshing the url It loads the website,

issue happens on chrome, tried in safari and it doesn't reproduce

I managed to workaround this by using 'Default Relay State' and inputing the default url of our teamcity environment, but this wasn't how it was set before the update.
