Update: Adding stand-alone feature for all plots (i.e removing core GAMBLR dependencies) #4

As the title implies, all plotting functions have been updated to work outside of core GAMBLR functions. Meaning it will not be depending on GAMBLR.results. This PR is currently in draft-mode since I am executing tests of the updated plotting functions. In addition, the docs for these function also needs some tweaking here and there together with package descriptions.
