prettyOncoplot hideSideBarplot does nothing #186

I suspect hideSideBarplot used to suppress the bar plot that shows the total number of mutated samples for each gene. If this ever worked, it's now broken. I wonder if this option can be restored so hideSideBarplot = TRUE is the new default and when set to FALSE, we get a bar plot on the left side to accompany the percentage that is currently shown?

I might have found a fix. Will post in Slack for feedback and hopefully others can test this implementation for whether it breaks other functionality.
