Vignettes containing function calls that conflict with other libraries #228

I tried knitting quickstart.Rmd and it fails near the top due to a call to select (rather than dplyr::select). The vignettes should all follow the same coding practices as GAMBLR itself. Can someone please ensure this is addressed in the existing vignettes?
