Describe the bug
After receiving a call, the notification controls can reach an invalid state. I.e. playback is paused in the app, but the notification still shows the pause button.
Expected behavior
The notification should present the same state as the app itself.

Observed during a WhatsApp call; not sure if this is relevant.
