unclear cell line selection function #3

the user does not understand why one can select a cell line. I would do a radio select for design sgRNA against hg19 or cell line specific (but I am not sure whether you actually do that or whether it's just for annotating copy number alteration, if the latter is the case I would have a checkbox --> check cell line copy number alterations and only if checked the cell line selection appears) image

actually just started again in incognito mode and it looked much better. can you clear the cache every 12 hours?
