Add preview content to the "Look Inside" section on the Amazon.com listing of the books #110

Right now, the "Look Inside" content on the Amazon listing for the book (https://www.amazon.com/Escape-City-How-Homesteading-Guide/dp/B093BC3K1T) just has the front cover, back cover and copyright pages. Adding the Table of Contents and some sample content would be great.

The Amazon listings for both volumes of the book still only have a few pages shown. Volume 2 has a few more pages shown but more would be better. Fixing this might improve sales. Might..?
