Added localization files for Russian language #12

May I ask you to please add a comment here with additional details about your translation?

I updated the Czech text which contained the word "Řuština" which contained a typo.

Your translation should be available with the next release 0.61 next week, but there may be some new strings that will need an update.

It's unlikely that I'll be able to maintain a translation every release, so I'll not mark myself as a regular translator. But I do keep an eye on the project and will try to update translation occasionally. 🤞

That is completely fine. I am going to merge your pull request and implement the translation to the 0.61 source code. And if there will be some new strings, I will use a translator and mark those as "Needs Review", so you (or somebody else) will be able to see them and check them whenever you want.
