MovableType2Blogger conversions sometimes fail to upload into Blogger #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a MovableType export file with more than 50 posts.
2. Convert the MovableType export file to a Blogger export file.
3. Attempt to upload the Blogger export file to Blogger.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is seeing the posts be imported properly.  What I see
instead is an error code on the progress page.

This problem seems to be fixed with the last checkin.  If anyone spots this 
behavior,
I'll reopen the issue.
