Just adding another voice to the crowd. I'm getting the same error from
blogger ("Sorry, the import failed due to
a server error. The error code is bX-qm5h6h"). Tell the Blogger team that
there are lots of folks who would be
happy to act as testers for any potential fixes? Just in case it was something
odd with non-latin characters or
something I've reduced my import file to a single simple entry and I'm still
getting the same problem.

Blogger has pushed a fix for the bx-qm5h6h error. I've verified that imports
are now
working again. Please give it a try again and notify this issue if you
continue to see
errors.

You are correct.
This issue appears to have come back. The Blogger team is notified about this
error,
but some people may have difficulties importing posts with comments to Blogger
until a new fix is put in place.
If anyone else is having issues, please update this thread, especially if you
encounter
error code, bX-qm5h6h, while importing.

I'll do some checking with the Blogger team to see if they can correct this

with
all the comments do not work, the smallest file (with the number 1 at the end)
do work
but only contain the posts, no comments.

I'm having the same error. I have downloaded the wordpress posts (and all
content) 4 times and converted it four different times. Uploading to blogger
has various error codes including:
"Sorry, the import failed due to a server error. The error code is bX-odadm3"
"No posts imported. Found 46 post(s) in the imported file"
"Entry 1, id='post-2', Failed to process entry. null"
(there are many of these errors in a big stack, one for every post I imagine)
Something that should take 5 minutes has taken about 6 hours and I'm about to
give up and import every post manually. Any solutions would be greatly
appreciated...

I tried to start writing the posts across manually, copying and pasting the
content. When I hit publish on the first post I wrote, suddenly the posts were
there (in draft mode) They either took several hours to come across (even
though it said they didn't) OR creating a new post triggered something that
made them appear. I have NO IDEA how or why, but it just worked.
