Remove the "background" permission #1

Update the extension so that it does not require the background permission. Users are getting suspicious that the extension might be collecting personal data.

Background permission is not required.

Well it's clearly there in the manifest. Perhaps the dialog box in the picture is not telling us the whole story? Let me ask the user how they got the idea that the extension was spying on them.
