Add a "Look up" context menu command #22

Add a Chrome context menu command that will say "Look up in RussianGram" and do exactly what Alt-DblClick currently does.

In MacOS, Chrome has a "Look Up" menu, maybe we could tap into that?

If not, just a sibling menu item will do just fine.
