Did you configured username and password? Can you provide a full debug log while reproducing the issue?

I'm unable to reproduce the issue, can you please:
1 - Enable the debug logs ({url}/settings/general
)
2 - Reset the provider ({url}/system/providers
), so Bazarr can use it again for download (If it is still throttled)
3 - Try to use the Manual Download subtitles (at any movie and serie you have the issue) and once you have done this and get the EOFError again, please re-attach the full logs to the issue.
I look forward for your response so we can investigate more what can be causing the issue.
