General:

We had a meeting with Amnon and discussed the pros and cons of enhancing HCA ingest for MorPhic. We concluded that going to enhance the ingest core for MorPhic and there are strategic advantages in doing so and at the same time we are going to attempt to improve on some pain points in the ingest core code
We will be opening pull requests for review among Alex/ Dipayan and Amnon
We are thinking of creating a K8 cluster in AWS for ingest deployment for MorPhic, the first version with study registration wouldn't take long to release

** We can call the service MorPhic ingest or provider API

Tech:

We will be using the Project APIs in the ingest core for MorPhic study registration. Project and studies are terms used interchangeably and the project data model is capable of supporting MorPhic study. A list of datasets will be added at some point to the project data model to support the linking of datasets to the project/ study

Hey @KociOrges and @dipayan1985 - I want to still name them studies not projects so that we don't confuse, please let us know.
