Add high priority fields to MorPhiC schema #64

As per the requirements document provided here, I would like to add the schemas/fields requested/required in the document with the "High" priority.

Need to speak with Anu to confirm fields and need to speak to alex to confirm publishing the schemas follows a similar SOP to the HCA.

Anu has confirmed fields look ok and Alex has confirmed I should push to dev!
