Fix CI #1652

Owner of the contract has changed during the process of adding a timelock. This breaks the integration tests.

This PR fixes this.

this will be fixed in the upcoming PR I'm not sure it's worth merging it since we can wait like 2 or 3 days

It does not cost much neither to merge. I don't like having a red CI on main.
