Feature request: Improve CSV details on filling operation #188

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The fitting routines have improved significantly, but the CSV export remains in a primitive state.

Describe the solution you'd like We should provide more details in the CSV export such as (Image source (primary vs secondary layer), etc.), including average path diameter as discussed here: https://forum.image.sc/t/calculating-vessel-diameter-radius/84473
