Fix AMD Fusion CPU support (not completely resolved by issue 195) #276

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

CPU temperature and fans not shown at all for some AMD Fusion CPUs (in my case 
AMD A8-3530MX). Only data shown is for CPU load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.3.2 Beta. Windows 7 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

There has been some work done on the AMD Fusion family 12h CPUs as well. Can 
you try with the latest alpha version
