[Cosmetic] Some ringtone entries are duplicated #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Settings -> Sound -> (Voice call ringtone | Notification ringtone) -> 
Android System
2. Look through list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Single entry for each ring tone.

Reality:
The following entries are doubled:
In voice call ringtones:
- Classic bell
- Samsung tune
- Terrible twos

In Notification Ringtones:
- Caffeinated rattlesnake
- Don't panic
- Heaven
- Pixie Dusk (aka Pixiedust)
- Pizzicato
- Ta Da
- Tinkerbell
- Tweeters

Do you have any recommendations?

Reconcile and remove duplicates.

R13 added some duplicates from AOSP which was caused by a combination of 
inadequate quality control on our part and renaming of standardized ringtones 
on Samsung's part. Not a defect as there is nothing defective.  This is a 
Quality Assurance issue.

R59 addresses this issue.  Nightly builds are down in preparation for next 
project, so instantanious repo build will prove this issue.  Issue was 
addressed.  Repository is being built and sent to server at 
files.teamkomin.com. Repository build will be located at 
http://files.teamkomin.com/Andromeda/AndromedaRepo.zip in ETA:30 minutes.  TIME 
NOW:12:40CST.  Testing and verification of changes by issue reporter is 
requested.   

kovu, please test and verify changes at specified time so this issue can be 
closed.

Had a chance to look. Almost all fix. Only one duplicate remains:

Settings -> Sound -> Voice call ringtone.

"Samsung tune" appears twice. However they are slightly different versions of 
the same base "tune".

They are different ring tones so they can stay.  Closing ticket.
