bluetooth voice commands #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.attempt using bluetooth head set to dial a contact
2.voice command from the phone does not "hear" if bluetooth head set is 
activated 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I press the call button on my headset, the voice command promt should come 
up then i would say dial "roy lloyd," I expect it to dial.
  Instead I get a beep in my ears, and nothing happens...

Do you have any recommendations?
It worked in andromeda 2.2 (before it was pulled), and it worked in a few 
nightlies.

Confirmed.  I have not yet used this feature.  I borrowed my wife's headset to 
test.  Bluetooth dialing is inoperative.
