Geotagging on camera enabled by default #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.take a picture
2.observe file properties describing location
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be an option to turn on and off the geotagging.   
This is a security voulnerability.  

Suggestions?
Investigate this camera.apk for potential replacement

I'm pretty sure that the camera.apk is opensource, if we have someone who knows 
java they can take a look. Even if it isn't opensource, we can just mess with 
the smalis.
