oracle.suggest_mass_thresholds() #163

Hi there! I have several questions regarding the oracle.suggest_mass_thresholds() function.

  1. What are the criteria to choose the appropriate min_mass parameter value for cell identity from a range of values displayed using this function?
  2. According to the tutorial notebook, I need to manually determine the optimal min_mass parameter value per TF perturbation. Now I'd like to systematically perturb TFs and compare among multiple methods. In this case, can I pre-specify a min_mass parameter value so that I am able to use the value for all perturbations and methods automatically? If yes, how trustworthy would the results be?
