Option to disable Droid Notify Plus notifications. #145

Two separate options wanted:

1) Disable Droid Notify Plus popup notifications entirely.
2) Disable Droid Notify Plus popup notifications ONLY when the screen is NOT 
locked.

Option to disable the API notifications (which include Droid Notify +) has been 
added to version 4.0 of the application.
