Money drops on Quick answer. #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive a SMS
2. Answer by Quick Response on popup notification
3. Send Message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All works good, but there is one problem: even If the settings about sms
delivery are turned off (I mean sms delivered, not sended, etc) my operator
drops me 0,10 € on every sms that I send due these checks.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have this issue on latest version and previous one. I am on Galaxy Nexus,
Jelly Bean 4.1.2

Hi,

Please be aware that sending a SMS message may cost you money depending on your
carrier and your cell phone plan. This is not related to the operation of the
app.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello!
Yes I know, but I have free SMS by my plan, and the cost of SMS is 0,12€ not
0,10€. I have also talked with a call center of my carrier and he said that.
It's like I request TO check The delivery status of SMS but in the settings is
all turned off
