Please add lower interval value for notification to the great tool #183

I was tested your application it is great job.

I found that is still contains some features which should be tunes to make it 
more usable.

1. Basic -> Reminders -> Reminder Settings
Reminder frequency could be set to infinity it is great.

Reminder interval the lowest value is too high it is one minute it should 
possibility to choose 1s 5s 10s 15s 30s - the best will to enter value in 
seconds.
