TCGA Parsing Error: 'CallData' object has no attribute 'TD' #106

Trying to run phylowgs on TCGA .vcf files and I'm running into this error. I saw there was a previous issue that said I had to specify sample type as mutect_smchet but can't see where that is an input parameter?

I've also added an example vcf file i'm trying to parse from the TCGA TCGA-86-7714.vep.vcf.txt
