Visualization issues #128

Hello,

I'm trying to use Phylowgs and unavailable to visualize the results.

We have tried to mount cluster's filesystem locally, as recommended in 'https://github.com/morrislab/phylowgs/issues/74', without any success.

Are there any other ways to manually visualize results by parsing JSON files?
