Unexpected results on aml31 sample #97

Dear Quaid,

We are running PhyloWGS on deeply analyzed primary aml31 sample from http://griffithlab.org/aml31/index.html

But due to some reasons we get ~100% single clone while there are 4 clones (see Fig. S21D)

Maybe there is an error in your input files? This seems like a relatively easy clustering problem. You should at least try rerunning PhyloWGS with a different random seed.
