A little bit of readme cleanup, removing side effect of testing, and an update command #35
I merged all you've added to get my Pi running again after some updates broke it, and after a quick performance check I noticed a lot of log writes. I commented out the echo in a system service (presumably one you'd used for testing) that had been causing it.
Also added an update command. This just streamlines things for lower-level end-users.
