Remove PiFmAdv unstability notes and don't set gpu_freq #39

PiFmAdv now uses PLLA instead of PLLC (thanks F5OEO). This means that it's no longer unstable as it used to be and it doesn't require setting gpu_freq to 250.

FYI I've just tested on the Pi 0 W on which PiFmAdv doesn't work if I Don't set gpu_freq=250 Are you sure everything's fine? @Miegl

@morrolinux oh you are right. Didn't realize that my RPi 2 defaults to 250... I suggest reverting https://github.com/morrolinux/mpradio/commit/c4911c2da5d895d1e25b98f75b8005114a073a9d
