Device won't start #35

So, my brother has this devil device, but using as client (not AP). When I've installed the driver, seems the device can't start. Here is the log:

Is a TP-Link T9UH with of course RTL8814AU. Installed from the latest repo.

Ubuntu 20.04 (in fact,KDE Neon 20.04 which is the same thing). Kernel: 5.4.0-80-generic

Any ideas? Thanks!

NOTE: strange, tested in my notebook and I don't have this problem (same OS, but kernel 5.11.0-25, don' t know if related).

EDIT1: tested with same kernel, same problem in the original computer. EDIT2: Ok, never mind... seems that the device works anyways when I connect to WIFI, I wonder hat that logs means.

You open and close issues faster than I can get to them.

This 8814au driver is not a very good driver. My advice is to not worry too much about the logs unless it is not doing what you want it to do.

Yeah, sorry, I've posted this because I saw that in logs every certain seconds, but it works anyways. Thanks! (Offtopic, still I am trying to make Intel reply me to make AX200 to work as AP in 5Ghz |ºLº|).
