Use relative links to files within repository #435

This has a few advantages:

  1. The links' destinations are significantly shorter in the markdown source.
  2. Forks of this repository can easily refer to their own contents.
  3. Multiple markdown files edited in a single branch will be reflected in the linked docs.

Merged. Good idea. You can see that I am not a wizard at Markup but learn as I go. I appeciate the help.
