Update binary firmware for MT7921 WiFi devices

See Main Menu menu item, 7. Firmware..., for instructions on how to update your firmware.

Also, there are recent updates to the mt7922 and mt7925 firmware if you have adapters or cards based on those chips.

Lastly, while I have you, I have been seeing an unusual amount of problems reported by users of distros that are using kernel 6.10.x. Patches have been going in but if you are a user that needs to have a stable system, I recommend that you stick with kernel 6.6-6.8 or earlier until some of the wifi problems are sorted out. This statement applies to all wifi drivers and chips.
