What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit installed script, trying to log in for the first time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing happens, safari script inspector generates error: Refused to set unsafe 
header "Connection"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
just downloaded to os x lion

relay.php maybe also index.php add in first line 
error_reporting(0);
