Allow different colors for windows in floating layer [enhancement] #219

When a floating client occupies the whole screen, it is very easy to overlook 
the different style of the titlebar, so the user might think the client is 
managed instead of floating, which leads to frustration.

I suggest adding focuscolors_floating and normcolors_floating to /ctl

Sorry, there are too many configuration options as it is, and I haven't found 
this a problem since floating clients gained the extra titlebar decoration. 
However, it's a trivial change, so feel free to post a patch on the website.
