iPad 3rd Generation Not Recognized #122

iPad 3rd Generation Model MC705LL/A iOS 9.3.5 AndroidTool 1.66 ideviceinstaller installed I have tried both Xcode 8.2.1 and 7.3.1

My iPad used to work with AndroidTool a couple years ago when I last used it. Now it doesn't show up or is recognized at all. It is recognized by my Mac, and by Xcode. Just not by AndroidTool.
