recording never starts but screenshot works #134

Same here:

However sometimes clicking the video button seemingly does nothing (no indication of recording started), and sometimes it just says "recorded finished" immediately as for @redhatjobin. No video files are created in the screen recordings either (screenshots work though).

Same for me Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2010 GT-N8020 Android 4.1 Mac Os/X 10.11.6 (15G19009)

Screenshot is working fine Screencast, just turn as a red square and then nothing is happening.

Here under is visible when I start by hand androidtool from my terminal window
