Can you provide some more detail? First open of the application or are you trying to record a video or take a screenshot?

APP Version : 1.6.2 operating system:Mac,10.11.5 ffmpeg?

@AndrWang This app uses FFmpeg, it's mentioned in the README but for some reason isn't listed under the requirements.

If you haven't got it installed you'll need to do that. You can find out more about it here: http://ffmpeg.org/

If you've got homebrew it's super easy to install with brew install ffmpeg

If it's not installed you're not going to have much luck. Or was that a typo and you meant now installed?

Ignore what I said. I was wrong. ffmpeg is included as one of the resources in the package so that's not it.

Do any errors come up in the Console? (The mac utility app)
