How do you run the app? #8

I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but I'm not sure how to "Start Trainer" as the README.md specifies. How do you run the app?

It's not very obvious but execute Shellpad/Trainer.xcodeproj and run the app from xcode. It took me a good amount of time to figure this out. Probably this should be updated in README.md file.
