Rewrite: Separation of concerns, many improvements #48

Rewritten large portions with future development in mind.

New features included in this changeset:

Added an option to disable transparency on the window
Better exception popup
Added support for Opera

TODO:

Clean up unused code (leftovers from WIP)
Get more parts moved out of the application where possible
Abstract out configuration handling
Tidy up the configuration window and how it and the BrowserEditor gets created

There have been made lots of small improvements to the Visual Studio Experience.
